Texas Energy Holdings is a privately held independent oil and gas company.
The company was founded in 2003 by Chad Willis and Casey Ladymon.
Our working interest portfolio includes oil and gas wells in six states; Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Illinois, and Indiana.
Through our affiliate Texas Energy Operations, we operate active and inactive oil and gas wells throughout Archer and Wichita Counties in Texas.
We own six drilling rigs and six work over rigs. This allows us to better control drilling and maintenance schedules as well as enjoy reduced operational costs.
Texas Energy Holdings is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with field office in Wichita Falls, Burkburnett and Holliday Texas as well as Indianapolis, Indiana.
From just five people in 2003, Texas Energy Holdings’ team has grown to include over 70 individuals––from corporate employees and strategic contractors, to field operations personnel in our vertically-integrated subsidiaries.
