As the controller of Texas Energy Holdings, Inc., Mrs. Boyd develops operational frameworks that support the company’s budgeting and forecasting, field operations compliance and internal reporting.  Her experience enables the company to develop, analyze and interpret complex financial, accounting and cost/trend reports to improve Texas Energy Holdings’ operations and increase profits.

She is responsible for the financial oversight of the company’s client investment programs including accounting for all interests sold, commissions payout and ensuring that all funds available per program are invested in the manner dictated by the private placement memorandums.  Ms. Boyd also assists in the management of Texas Energy Holdings’ corporate investments into real estate, stocks, interest bearing accounts and oil & gas interest purchases.

Ms. Boyd is a graduate of Texas A&M—Commerce. She holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Financial Management.  Ms. Boyd is a military spouse and actively volunteers as a Family Readiness Group leader for her husband’s military company.
