Mr. Litwin is responsible for the sales organization and the strategic expansion of Texas Energy Holdings’ asset management activities in foreign and domestic markets. His responsibilities include structuring and implementing investment opportunities, foreign investor relations and diversified capital sourcing globally.
Prior to joining Texas Energy Holdings, Mr. Litwin was the Chief Executive Officer of Eight Bridges International, LLC, a privately held international business-consulting firm. Mr. Litwin has more than 25 years experience in the global telecommunications industry with expertise in international business, strategic planning and general management.
Mr. Litwin earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Illinois. He has completed graduate courses on Information Management from both Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also holds Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
